About of colours
From warm neutrals to vibrant colors.
We will first acknowledge that waking up early and leaving a comfortable bed is not always enticing. But creating a bedroom that is energizing and mood-enhancing can make it completely easy. And since color and light affect our mood, there is a strong case for a colorful bedroom. Whether you introduce those pops of color with color, bedding, or artwork, you'll find something to emulate in the gorgeous examples of colorful bedrooms below (even those color-reversed readers).
Designed by Kathy Chapman, this lavender oasis is proof that you can decorate with color while you understand. Although it is bursting with blue, this little nook is also a quiet, serene energy. The key is to stick to a colorful story of muted pastels. In this case, the designer worked within a blue spectrum, keeping things interesting with contrasting shapes, and finishes. For a similar vibe, choose a white base paint with a hint of lilac. But who says paint should have limited walls? This geometrically painted floor tells us otherwise.
